Let’s read some books this summer! First, set a summer reading goal. Then read some books and record them on the worksheet linked below (feel free to use the back of this sheet if you run out of room). Bring this form back to school in the fall so we can celebrate all your reading accomplishments. You don’t need to meet your goal to be celebrated, everyone who returns a form with at least one book written down will be recognized.
